Nope. Engineering for top students, as the other Engineering courses are suited for B-D students
It is an "rojak" course meaning beside learning engineering, you also get to learn modules like business, liberal arts like science, etc. Notice that nowaday local university had always try to collaborate more with US universities and the time to complete local uni course/degree is always long because the modules we learn go beyond the major we want like in this case engineering.
