she started taking hormones at a young age so it was easier to develop more feminine features and to stop the development of male features.
she had sex reassignment surgery at 19 so she doesnt produce male hormones anymore.

yes you can develop boobs just by taking female hormones.
what happens depends on your age, and the amount of hormones your taking.
let me just list what happens.
1) grow boobs
2) less hair growth
3) smoother skin
4) grow hips (if your under 20)
lets just say the younger you start hormone treatment, the more likely you are to look more like a woman.
in some place in Europe children with gender dysphoria (like harisu, and me) are required to take anti androgens to delay their male puberty until they are 16, then they start on female hormones and go for SRS at 18.
unfortunatly singapore does not care about its transgendered citizens at all and people like me have to suffer as a male till we're 18 then we can start hormone treatment.
