How about letting him off with a slap-on-the-hand warning and delete the offensive threads (as with Ferguson's thread on Selena Tan)?
F Takumi was probably just fooling around when he posted those threads on some of the regulars here. I don't think he really intended any real trollish malice, and since we all make foolish mistakes from time to time, maybe we should just live and let live?
All being said, you're still the boss here so we'd respect whatever final decision you make. -
