By most standards, Kosaka, like most Japanese pictorial models, is actually quite pretty. With the right photographer and make-up (as in the picture you posted), she could sometimes look even more stunning than Misaki.
You've just happened to post one of her best-looking pictures, so the rest -- which look good on their own as well -- seemed to pale in comparison. -

been seeing quite a lot of threads of japanese babes here lately. seems to me although the korean fever is hotter right now, japanese babes are more willing to bare as compared to korean babes.
