The last Beckinsale's image was downloaded from another babes forum like this. Can't remember which forum though because I don't keep track of forums -- there are simply too many of them.
After digging with search engines like Yahoo! or Google, I normally just bookmark the image source at the hosting site (the links usually change if I bookmarked the posts), move on to other sites and return to download later when I have time. Bookmarking is faster than waiting for the images to download, especially for certain sites with insufficient bandwidth.
