i kinda think the filler screwed up the whole manga storyline. this episode shows Rukia in shinigami form fighting one of the bountos. but Rukia only regain her shinigami power in the later chapters of the manga.
with these in mind, wonder how the anime bridge all those loop holes when the anime cathes up with the manga? -
