This must be the first time that The Fourth's real name is divulged. Its quite funny that Naruto's mom's voice is supposed to be rough cos the voice over for Naruto is a female who has a pretty rough voice too. Maybe they will do a filler of The Fourth and Naruto's mom. -

from the above translation, namikaze minato, which is the 4th, has strong resemblance to his mom, uzumaki kushina. the more possible relationship is that naruto and 4th is cousin or siblings. or even 4th is naruto's uncle. it might not be true. cos in 2nd scanlation above,
"his personality and ninjustu style is exactly like uzumaki kushina's."
this means that unless 4th also have the personality naruto has, there's still possibiity that naruto and 4th is siblings. -
You have a point there. The conversation seemed rather cunningly drafted. But Juraiya said that he 'see him in Naruto'. One would expect from the conversation flow that 'him' = The Fourth. Even the Chinese translation does not have any explicit statement that Minato is Naruto's father.
It will be a huge gutted twist if Naruto is indeed not the son of The Fourth. -
