give them a break. manga artists are humans too. they need to rest as well. they don't have school holidays or annual leaves.
don't forget they need to think of stories to draw and drawing alone takes hell a lot of time. plus post production, QC etc etc. -
maybe they shud have a few authors. or maybe 1 storywriter, 1 or 2 drawer, etc
