  he can use mangekou to teleport so freely, no strain in the eyes summore

  taking his bro's eyes really helped

  who knows, maybe the first hokage did something to him, afterall it was stated that the first hokage defeated madara.

  madara left the leaf village due to some politics with the first hokage... that's why he leave the village and create Akatsuki

  it was stated that madara can control the kyubi but never stated that he was actually the one who sent it.

  and regardig the fight, i believe it was said that madara and the 1st hokage was fighting to decide who should be the first hokage right?
