How do you tackle such co-worker ?

  A co-worker who is lazy and trying to push at slight work entask to them.
  He/She will try to out smart newbie in company, but projecting the items actually belong to newbie's previous gal.
  
  When minutes items arrow to them, they show unhappy face and grumble at your face. And threat not to process other work, and do only the newly entask job.
  
  How will you ppl tackle such ppl ?

  hmm.... this calls for a boycott
  my company got 1 lao jiao beech join back after 2 years in another company.....
  initially was very friendly coz most of the staff are new mah, after 3 months chut pattern liao....
  then everyone avoids her, nobody wants to lunch with her....

  All the previous entasked work given by his/her supervisor will still be under his/her care, unless the supervisor agree to remove it and entasked to another or else he/she will not be able to say anything.
  
  As for the allocated new task, this will be serve as additional task to his/her current listing.

  No use lah.. Coz it's like she keep pushing..
  Humh... just don't understand why ppl like that, i have actually cover lots of her work already. But the fella still not happy...
