Well, is there some underground crossovers between EWL and NSL at the north end (towards City Hall) of Raffles Place MRT station?

take the NEL to Punggol. after Buangkok, it's a crossover craze there!

why am i seeing SMRT trains with entire row of seats removed, in return for a empty and hollow cabin on some trains?

the removed seats, last time have. alternate carriages. then,m so unpopular that the no-seats cabin has almost nobody. then for a few years, i never saw them anymore. last 2 weeks saw them again..
is it theres only one of these train?

like that.. den i dono liao. i know some Siemens trains.. the middle 2 carriages no seats.. only got cushion to lean on.
now, some of the Siemens trains have lesser seats but wider standing area by the doors. -

i heard dat trains travel at a faster speed underground den on raised platforms...true?
i noticed whenever the train exits the tunnel after tiong bahru station n b4 redhill station, the brakes will b activated a couple of times, like intermitten brakin. but i can't really c if the speed changes bcoz i can't c hw fast it is travellin in the tunnel. -

hi i'm new here jus signed up as an SMRT fan...
hmmm i don think trains always travel faster in tunnels... i've seen scary elevated parts too eg btw YCK and Khatib around the resevoir there goting towards YIS... they go very fast too... and also AMK down to BSH just outside the depot quite fast also...
btw, anybody know how the CCL trains look like? i find so long still cannot find... -
I have a question.
Why issit during the last few trains at night .. the tunnel lights will be on? I thought it is for track maintenance later .. but isn't this a bit too kiasu?
