One more thing, if this is possible to build, would it be elevated or underground?
If a bullet train only 120 km/h, it is not a bullet train. A Simens C651 should have done it with the exception of the motors did not kena detuned. A TCL train (Tung Cheung Line, from HK) or even AEL (Airport Express Line -- Another HK line) should have done it because they can run up to 150km/h in design, despite AEL service is 135km/h.
It should be underground totally, becoz in the first place, CGA has no space for such in the above ground / elevated.

Generally, only trains going beyond 200 km/h are considered "HST" (High Speed Trains". Japan has land area and can build stations such that while a train is waiting at a ststion, other trains can go pass, like some bus stops.

Don't need to consider these because it is just pointless. The Shinkansen is meant to be an inter-city service like between Tokyo and Osaka. If it's an intra-city connection, a normal train line will be sufficient.
thanks for the info guys!
one more question, do the TO get out of the train cabin to check whether the boarding is complete? Cause i seen one TO getting out of the cabin and check.

Since it is a public holiday, it is unlikely to have LTE on that day.

The driving cabin is equipped with CCTV which will connect itself to the cameras available in the platform. TOs are relying on the footage to decide when it is clear to close the doors.
Although equipments may fail, they may also get out from the cabin and just look to see if everything is safe to proceed. But most of the time, they rely on the TV in the cabin.

To add on, at cross-platform interchange stations, there are also screens on the platform mounted on the wall of the platform to show the connecting train platform. If there is a train with the doors open, the TO may decide to wait for all passengers to board first before moving off.
