Off-topic: Guys, Spanish Solution is the boarding and alighting, sometimes simultaneous, at dedicated platforms at the sides of the train (aka left and right). Another example of Spanish Solution used in Singapore would be Sentosa Station at VivoCity for the Sentosa Express. Yishun and Yew Tee peak hour shuttle, and Outram Park and Aljunied LTE does NOT use the Spanish Solution. They simply alight, crossover, and board again.
Note: There are 2 signs of such (1 of them is Platform C and the other is D), but when I mean other side, I just mean on the same platform, behind (Or in front) on this sign and look back --- Tada! The route details is shown.

Huh? No no I was quoting tranquilice's post, not yours.
Anyway, route details doesn't matter. What matters is where they tell passengers to board at.

if what is said is true, it would be the first such implementation of spanish solution on the MRT system. stations like JUR open to both sides simultaneously. very interesting.
When will the new TransitLink Guide 2010 or Mighty Minds Guide 2010 come out? I wish to read more about the updated Circle Line stations last year and this year.
Does anyone know which C151 has taken over the shed at BSD, the one 089/090 was in when it was MIA?

Most likely 101/102, since it went MIA

Anyone know when does the train terminating at Tanah Merah?
From PSR
or
From JKN

Approximate 9 ~ 10am (Peak hours trains)
Approximate 2:15pm on Weekdays (LTE)
Approximate 7 ~ 8pm (Peak hours trains)
Approximate last train timing (11pm ~ 12am)
PS: Joo Koon DNBs surely have the destination as Jurong East as first, then changed to DNBs. So all JKN trains does not terminate at Tanah Merah but Jurong East / UPD unless it is a service train towards Pasir Ris, which again, terminates at Pasir Ris and not Tanah Merah.
BTW, I recently never see Harbourfront trains going towards the slidings at 6pm ~ 7pm (Weekdays). Can someone check again?
Sometimes, the trains even slowed down but not a complete halt when approaching HBF at the timeframe above.
BTW, the waiting frequency time is about 3 ~ 4 mins.

So these time are always on Weekdays? How many train(s) terminating at TNM?

I can be almost sure, though the exact time can be more refine to a more detailed one. Look at my brackets, these are the timing after these peroids of special trains such that they will be terminating at TNM. BTW, that does not mean you can take DNB on TNM, but it is meant to state these trains is a DNB at TNM before they head to CHD.
Eg: Everyday after LTE, 3 trains (As some people pointed that there are 6 LTE trains) will be terminating at ALJ, heading towards TNM as DNB (What a waste of trains, they should have be DNBs in TNM, just like when the beginning of LTE such as 11:50am where one can see destination as "Outram Park" in Eunos.) and stop at EB platform. Then, the nearest & approaching CGL train will use the retro of CGL - Boon Lay track and crossover to Middle Platform when it is very near to TNM.
How many special trains per day, I dunno. U will do the research yourself.
Sometime's there's one service train from Joo Koon which crosses over to the middle track at TNM and terminates there. Timing of arrival at TNM is exactly 1130h.

For CGL purpose or CHD?

And the RATIS between JKN to BDK shows "Tanah Merah" as destination with the announcement like "The train that is approaching towards Platform X terminates its service at Tanah Merah Interchange" or sort of?

What is first train?
got a question, how come this train is different, there is a strip pasted on the white colour part.

About after 5.15am, before 5.30am. (No source, based on estimation)

We do not know the reasoning, but we know that 047/048 and 103/104 (pic) has this.

Probably just a trial for the black-strip.

But even if it is a trial, but why trial? I heard of C651 got the trial on buttocks on back polyster or sort of, which gives support on standing passengers (Something like bar train, except not bars instead) but later removed. So, there is a reason for trial. This? What purpose it intended to achieve? Like Jcqh said, the reasoning is unknown.
