If a train is in CM mode, the front orange indicator light will be on, will the rear orange indicator light be on?
Do C830 sets 01 and 02 exist?

No. It will only on according to the direction to where it's going. To make it short, when one side is on, that means that is the active cab.

C830 sets 01 and 02 exist. 02 is sleeping in the depot while 01 have not been handover to SMRT.

Why is 02 still sleeping in the depot? What does it mean that 01 has not been handover to SMRT?

02 will be use for stage 4 and 5. 01 is still with LTA and it is has not been handover to SMRT. Meaning that it cannot be found in the depot easily.

01 is not with LTA, it's with Alstom.
[EDIT] 01 is in the depot, but it's somewhere deep inside, most likely near some places that have roads nearby.

Roads nearby? I thought KCDEP is underground? How to have roads nearby?

Eh, then where they assemble the train huh? How they deliver the trains? LOL.
They deliver it from Pasir Panjang all the way to a secret road into KCD. Lol, there is a secret road. If there is the Alstom Sticker means that it has not been handed over

A carpark has roads right? Why not an underground building?

KCDEP
Alongside with BSDEP, CHDEP, UPDEP, SKDEP
You get my point.
Do C151, C651 and C751B trains have the same acceleration and deceleration rate?

Most likely not, as the trains in the BVE (Under Forums/3146 instead of 2080) are not. C151 are known to have weak brakes (So a popular choice for suicide huh!)

do trains have to operate in CM when entering stations that are constructing the HHPSDs? because i saw nothing on the headwall of CCK station toward BGK. The train towards MRB was also not in CM.
Why is it that the train always slow down/ brake whenever it exiting the tunnel towards Red Hill Station? But why not when exiting from Braddell to Bishan Station, the TO did not slow down or brake? Only towards Red Hill Station, i observe alot of times already.

Yes, it is a must whenever there is a construction / accidents (Like a tree fell down and too near to the tracks) and bad weather.

Because Redhill is the only trapezium station (Source: Jcqh) and hence, it means the station itself is more or less curvy, and of course trains has to slow down when approaching curves / crossovers.

Maybe it is because there is a slope between Braddell and BSH, and gravity acts as a natural braking force, too small to be felt. It is important to slow down before exiting a tunnel because the changes in air pressure can push and pull on the door (if you have observed, whenever the train goes in a tunnel, the door gets pushed in by the pressure and when the train goes out, the door gets "sucked" out). Sometimes if speeds are high enough, it may cause a "bang" when the train exits the tunnel and this explains for why the tunnel exits in high speed rail lines are curved outwards to slowly dissipate the pressure.

So TO slow down or brake due to this reason, now i know.. So TO drive in AM or CM mode when exiting the tunnel?

If I'm not wrong Queenstown westbound also.....

Should most likely be in CM mode as the TO brakes manually

Both. In case where an accident / installing HHPSD on Redhill, then the train from Tiong Bharu will proceed in CM. In normal days, TO drive in AM. Yes, the AM can code whether to brake or not, because you cannot change CM to AM / RM (And vice versa) when the train is moving, unless under EB mode. (When will a train EB? Suicide.)

ALSO: Set 02 have not been handed over to SMRT (from Alstom) at this very moment of time.
