As KL does not have integrated ticketing, having seamless transfers would also prove to be useless.
i hate the transfer from dang wangi to bukit nanas and vice versa.. hahaha.

Some of them are wrong, especially the one with EW15 one (The Outram Park Middle track slidings)
If it is based on your drawing, then LTE is not possible as the train has to park somewhere between TIB - OTP EB before reversing towards ALJ. It will jam the train somehow. (Or rather the middle track has lose its purpose)

City Hall & Raffles Place crossover? Oh gosh, that is wrong, because only EB > NB and SB > WB and whats more, they are on 2 different level, which this diagram could not show it graphically.

Wait, I'm wrong, that shows the transfer location. As in what EB transfer to what bound on the NSL, or something.
Wanna ask something:
Is it a regular sight to see AMK bound trains arriving at AMK middle track at regular interval during 12pm to 2pm?
Saw at least 6 trains went to the middle and off svc. All pax had to alight to wait for other Jurong bound trains.

Yes, it is perfectly normal as such services are known as Lunch Time Express (LTE).
By the way, if you do not see them on 2pm or so, (Like 2:15pm) then they are NOT going to off service. Basically the *uc*ing screwed up staffs do this:
Step 1 -- LTE train comes to the middle track.
Step 2 -- LTE train opens on the left door (The front is towards JUR bound / NB) only
Step 3 -- Staffs started to chase all paxes and all paxes from the train wait for the next JUR bound train
Step 4 -- Train door close
Step 5 -- Train opens on the right door (Or left, if the front has changed to MRB bound / SB) only
Step 6 -- The paxes who are heading towards Bishan, Toa Payoh, Orchard, City Hall and Marina Bay may take this train.
So this why I dont consider these trains to go off service, except one-side of RATIS says "DNB" and hereby causes inconvience for people who needs the seat and willing to waste time just to get the seat (Just like how people who need to avoid the crowd in Tampines during peak hours via Pasir Ris and return to Tampines before heading to the destination) by forcing them to alight, take esclator / lift to the concourse and change to another lift / esclator just to take the same train. Why cant the **cking staff just do like Jurong East style, when both are middle platform. No, Paya Lebar peak hour shuttle service should not learn from Ang Mo Kio LTE.
By the way, since the LTE service last from 12pm to 2pm, hence after 2pm, any train that comes to the middle are really going to off service and return to BSD (Possibly until the next peak hour where they are deployed to serve Yishun shuttle again? Subjected to confirmation for this).

Today I took 041 059/060 wb to Jurong East. After Clementi it let 017 343/344 enter service (2nd last train to enter EWL wb for pm peak). So the order to Joo Koon is 017 343/344, then 041 059/060.
Thereafter I took the train from Jurong East to Tampines. Run 041 343/344 came! I took it for one stop and recorded the TRN on the rear of the train - 017. The next train 059/060 came into CLE as Run 020, rear of the train was unchanged at 041. So it eastbound the order was 041 343/344, then 020 059/060.
Q1: Under what scenario does the train change TRN?
I saw from UPD a train waiting to enter service CLE->PSR, but after 3-4 trains it didnt come.
Q2: Does anyone know what time that train start service?
tx
We don't know the order yet as of now. Its now random?

According to your description, these are the possibility:
1: Wrong TRN number in either (or even both) side, because TO has to change the TRN on both sides, especially C151. (Not sure for those LED display like C651 / C751B etc) Of course, it was recorded by some guys there saying same TRN on 2 different trains etc.
2: Peak hour depot - terminus train has a TRN number, then changed it as normal peak hour service TRN (2 different TRN number sets)
Usually they change TRN after the service (When they go DNBs, they change once) and before service (Before the train leave the depot for service)
Peak hour train starts from when? Well, I guess 10 minutes before peak hour time. (If you count when the train is preparing to leave depot)
