Wait. I need more info on this. You mean the driver put his powering handle all the way to max but takes a longer time to reach the max speed?Originally posted by ^tamago^:but it was clear that the throttle was turned on for a longer period to reach the target speed wor.
half power.... motor sound is same but it runs at half the throttle at last phase after the "chime"-like sound....Originally posted by Manager433:Wait. I need more info on this. You mean the driver put his powering handle all the way to max but takes a longer time to reach the max speed?
i think they dun activate that mode often. just wish i have an audio recording of it...Originally posted by Manager433:Today afternoon took 003/004 and I was at the M-car. Confirm motor sound same as before.
Pardon me for my poor and not-perfect eyesight as I mentioned above, please lah. Did you pass by or visit Bishan depot most recently (like 1 - 3days ago)?Originally posted by tintinspartan:3107-3108 undergoing maintenance lah! Sometime like that.
Yea, you are right. I was checking the previous post which show the list of advertisement train. 053/054 is not in list so it must be 023/024 which I saw it running on Bishan depot this afternoon.Originally posted by tintinspartan:Eh! 3053-3054 is still out and 3023-3024 is the yellow and blue train.
Since when was 053/054 a train with advertisements? o.oOriginally posted by Novawin™:Ok, my train passed by Bishan depot at 1.45pm today.
But sorry I could not see the area inside the depot clearly as my views was being blocked by other person standing too near to the train doors. Will check it again when I take train home later tonight.
And I can confirm 053/054 is still not refurbished as they are having the test run with unrefurbished body but their exterior advertisement (coloured yellow and blue) cover has many scratches. And their front emergency ramp is still coloured brown.
I also saw a front carriage of a train that was refurbished protruding out of the refurbishment harbour... seems like it could be 019/020.Originally posted by Novawin™:Ok, I checked again on Bishan depot that night today.
I had looked at the 107/108 train carefully as you can tell that my eye got it.
Yes, it still not refurbished as well as its front cabin also not refurbished too. I guess 107/108 could be undergoing exterior advertisement makeover.
And I also saw one whole car carriage completed being refurbished which is just next to 107/108 car carriage. Sorry I have no idea about the car number of that fully refurbished carriage.
Since 009/010 is still running for service as mentioned by ignoramus2006, then the probability will be high that the next refurbished train will be 019/020.
Hehe. Sorry I thought that train which I saw is 053/054 but after checking your post on the list of advertisement, it's 023/024 as it was IKEA Tampines train.Originally posted by Oceane:Since when was 053/054 a train with advertisements? o.o

Helping to update this list.
My guess is that 023/024 will be undergoing refurbishment sooner since its front emergency ramp must have some scratch thus it had to be covered with brown cover. And its body is covered with yellow and blue colour.

You should have put "refurbished" term in your first post or else I thought you mean unrefurbished 009/010 is running on NSL.Originally posted by ignoramus2006:Sorry I meant 009/010 refurbished ran on the NSL.
I don't think I confused it with 011/012 right. Someone confirm?
