ANother Refurbished Train?

  My guess is that 023/024 will be undergoing refurbishment sooner since its front emergency ramp must have some scratch thus it had to be covered with brown cover. And its body is covered with yellow and blue colour.

  The next possibilities for August could be very huge, as seen here that in July, 3 trains went into service. My next guesses would be 053/054, 013/014 and probably 023/024.

  Just don't be fooled by 3085-3086. It looks like a refurbished train from far because it's black.

  That's great to see that 019/020 finally came out for service today
  
  Oceane, you have missed out 013/014 under Unrefurbished list.
  
  And one more thing -> How come 023/024 under 3. Possible to undergo refurbishment instead of 2. Undergoing refurbishment?
  
  I think I am sure as I seen 023/024's front driver cabin being coated with new paint work as my train always passed by Bishan depot everyday.

  I think tear and wear, and aging are the top reasons for refurbishment of all C151 trains. I am not sure if the increase in fare has to do with refurbishment cost
