I think the money train was deployed between 12pm - 3pm on weekdays. Cos I frequently used to see money train on NSL at around 2pm almost everyday on weekdays. Trains spotted on the NSL: 029/030, 103/104, 125/126, 131/132, 219/220.
Trains spotted on the EWL: 011/012.
Today I was unable to find 087/088 on NSL this morning.
Passed by Bishan depot today and saw the train with temporary front brown emergency door doing the test run. I think this train's interior has been refurbished but the exterior is not refurbished yet. Not sure about the car number but it could be 063/064 or 079/080 if Oceane has mentioned this correctly.
And I boarded 011/012 on EWL for my third time this morning and then boarded the same train again for my fourth time in the afternoon. TRN is 025.

Updated: I think 017/018 must be undergoing refurbishment as I have not seen it on EWL for some times but I can't confirm that 017/018 actually is undergoing refurbishment. I need to do camping along EWL on some days to confirm the 017/018 undergoing refurbishment.

I think train 013/014 also won't be undergoing refurbishment soon as I spotted it running on EWL this morning at around 0638 hours at Tanah Merah.
On another note, refurbished train 025/026 was spotted running on NSL today at around 1630 hours at Jurong East. -

Finally boarded 009/010 with TRN of 063 on NSL today! -
I boarded train 017/018 today morning on EWL so I don't think it will undergo refurbishment as yet. Every morning I usually take the empty train at Tanah Merah at 6.47am with TRN 011. Yesterday train deployed was 013/014, today is 017/018 .
Anyway, saw the Airport shuttle train displaying a TRN of 141 this morning. What are the TRN range for the airport line

Money trains only plied during the Transitlink Farecard Era... after the EZ-Link Era came, there was no need for the money train as the system is automatic and computerized, so SMRT gave away the money trains to 2 organizations (lazy to check you can try backtracking here).Originally posted by tintinspartan:IS It active now or SMRT had scrapped the money train.
