Some TOs maybe lazy change, but I've seen one in a Siemens whereby TRN was 279. Another time I saw 287.
3rd run?
1st run = 0XX
2nd run = 1XX
3rd run = 2XX
So on...
9th run = 8XX
Seriously, no way can reach 8. Because both lines take 2 hours to go up and down one time, and to do it for 9 times = 18 hours... which is rather demanding for a poor train.
Off-service = 9XX -

009/010 was running on NSL for whole day since morning. I finally caught up with 009/010 today for my first time ever. As its TRN is 063 today, it will be returned back to Bishan depot at end of today ya? If that is case, then I think 009/010 will be running on NSL tomorrow again. -

Today I did a mini camping at TPY ~ BIS... running up and down yeah.
My 1.5 hour hard work paid off and I got this:

007/008 might be put on the reg. list for NSL trains soon... 2nd day it was running on the NSL (It usually goes on the EWL).
023/024 spotted this morning on the NSL [TRN 059 --> I think it has went back to the depot after morning shift]. -

Although I have seen 007/008 quite many times on EWL last time, I did not board this train even though on several times, 007/008 arrived at those bound which I am not taking, for example, I am waiting for train at EB, but this train arrived on WB instead.
Anyway, I hope 007/008 will arrive by chance on the intending bound I am taking.

Finally boarded 023/024 on SB from Toa Payoh at 6.40pm on NSL today! But sorry I can't see the TRN cos it's too dark to be seen in underground.

017/018 was spotted running on NSL with TRN of 075 today. -
by the way the last WB train of the day was 041. thought it returns to bishan??? at the time it's returning it looks destined to go back to UPD. there is a net exchange of trains everyday between BSD and UPD?

All NSL regular trains) have been gone for some time.
Well, since all 3 of the off-service trains (063/064, 077/078 and 079/080) have completed interior refurbishment, there should be a new set of trains undergoing. Could be some of the 09X series.
BTW, My daily recording of train spottings may not be accurate... because it is rather tedious to camp for a few hours just to see each and every single train running... during off-peak there are already 17 trains running on the NSL... so during peak hours it'd be more.
However, I might go camping soon on one of the weekdays just to record a morning's batch of trains... prefably I'd go to JE where both lines meet. -

Yeah, 125/126 was seen on NB at Bishan station in the evening just now.
Hmmm, 125/126 will become the first train from 1989 batch to be undergoing refurbishment. -
