By the way, Manager, what's wrong with the initial refurbishment of 087/088? -
Take note: 125/126 and 57/58 is under going upgrade right now. And not going to be upgraded as written. 87/88 is under overhaul now. No way u can see that train running picking up passengers. And the other 2 trains presently under going upgrade ish....... I forgot the numbers
Will update here once my forgetful brain is functioning again.
And no data for which trains will be going for upgrade so dun anyhow post XXX/XXX or XX/XX maybe going to upgrade. Dun confuse me leh. -

Note: Only 4 trains are under going mid life now. The 2 trains I already posted while the other 2 trains I will update soon coz I forgotten the numbers.

Hmm this is getting confusing. So 087/088 has undergone MLU but is now in the process of O/H? Is there other trains undergoing O/H?

So what was wrong with 087/088? -
Boarded 001/002 on NSL today. If you look at the exterior body of 2001 carriage, the bottom parts of the black layer has been teared off and it is easily noticeable. Can see old white aluminum body.
And 221/222 seemed to have some problem. I was on 221/222 train this afternoon. When the doors have been closed everytime, the train will take at least 5 seconds before the train will start moving off. It happens on SB except for Braddell MRT station when the doors are closed, then the train moved off immediately. -

Passed by Bishan depot today in afternoon. I saw one train carriage with completed refurbished exterior cover at the track. So it could be 079/080 which is completed refurbished with its black exterior layer?
