I hope someone else who has seen 007/008 at Bishan Depot last Sun to step in forward to help verifying and confirming if 007/008 is indeed in the process of being refurbished cos I saw the headlight already being replaced with new one if I am not wrong. -

Have been on 001/002, and 005/006 twice, 035/036 today, and 089/090 and 083/084. I think I have tried all of them already. I think you mean 079/080 instead of 089/090. -
I just checked Wikipedia. 079/080 still was not added so I assumed 079/080 is not refurbished already yet.

But anyways, I noticed the interior finishings on 005/006 are a bit uneven, like one surface is not exactly level with the connecting surface (I am referring to the wall where the TV would have been above the row of seats. Its not in one complete piece like Metropolis trains, its split into 2. And even then, they are not really level with each other, unlike the other refurbished trains. Is it just me. -
Spotted 083/084 on Eastbound at 6.15pm today when I was at Aljiuned MRT station waiting for my train on Westbound.
And on NSL, I never seen any refurbished train in the evening today. -
079/080 and 089/090 were yet to be refurbished. The only trains currently undergoing service are 001/002, 005/006, 035/036 and 083/084. Currently undergoing refurbishment are 003/004, 007/008, 015/016 and 021/022. Wonder where is 023/024 (Diary Milk train). =)

023/024 not yet... dairy milk meh? its either i havent seen this train for very long or there's nothing spectacular about it... i though the dairy milk train is 117/118 or something?

Diary Milk Train = Purple Chocolate Milk Train?
If it is, 105/106 train is purple train with chocolate everywhere over the train body. I seen 105/106 train in purple several times. -

However, i noticed that the part connecting two carriages was not fully refurbished. The stainless steel plates connecting them were not polished, and remained dirty. Furthermore, I found out that the white coat of paint on the doors got dirty easily. Lastly, 005/006 did not have the glass panels changed as compared to the other trains. If you look at the glass panels of 005/006, they did not have a distrubuter name (in this case, the supplier for new glass panels was DXXXXXX CLUE). -
