Yeah, it's like what I've commented 2 days ago: I don't think this is really an advert, it's more like vandalism because the metal part (under the doors) was also sprayed with the paint.

You may organise the timing to have a meet-up with the train today as it's a off-peak train -

If a train is "washing", it's most likely 1048, but there's chances that some other trains are also in the wash.
