7 trains is considerated a lot already.Which means 3-4 days , there is one new STARIS train operating.
In 111/112 on NSL at Jurong East, STARIS shows "Next station, EW4 Tanah Merah" "This train terminates at NS1 Jurong East", and route maps light up Jurong East with a green light. The rest are unlighted. After the train left JUR SB, STARIS went back to normal. I took a vid of it.

Yah. Took this train just now, at set 1111. The STARIS not fully workable leh.
Took from Kranji to Jurong East. All STARIS thingy sometimes showed City Hall stn, then not in working condition. And it will light up City Hall stn again after 1 or 2 stations. But the signs for "Other Side" and "This side" were working well. ![]()

011/012 STARIS worked as of 28/9/2009 on NSL

Which means there are 8 STARIS trains in September. That's very fast.
Maybe no new STARIS train because there are too many trains in September.
A chaotic STARIS in 001/002 today.
The train was departing Eunos, and in 3001, >3 route maps were displaying wrong info. Some showed the next stn to be Paya Lebar, some displayed EUnos as the next stn, some were not blinking when it was supposed to blink. The VFDs were no better. The 2 do not display messages simultaneously, but rather one after another and different messages. When the doors closing announcement was played, at least 1 VFD was not showing the "Doors Are Closing" message". Same situation in 1001 and 2001, but in carriages x002, all was fine.
001/002 took on last sat.. same as here, went malfunctioned all of a sudden... in the end the VFDs were showing the different messages..
