091/092 and 117/118 do not have STARIS as of today.

I'm glad to announce an AST today!!!
049/050 is with route maps in all carriages, but no VFDs are present, spotted and boarded on EWL.
So 2 non-STARIS trains left for Feb 2010...
I have gotten the AST for 029/030 and 049/050 (CHD perms), which was what i wanted (posted earlier), so it doesn't matter if the last 2 are not spotted by me

Since SMB92U is the official winner of the last STARIS train game, the game is over.
We shall now guess the last STARIS train amongst 091/092 and 117/118. Which will be the ULTIMATE survivor?
I'm guessing 117/118 to be last.

Error on 069/070:
As of today,
029/030 still only has VFD in 029 side
127/128 now has VFD in 127 side
049/050 has no VFD yet
067/068's STARIS has not been re-activated
061/062's STARIS is unoperational
091/092 has no STARIS -
For me I say last STARIS train is 091/092! Since I always take trains before they get STARIS and I took 117/118 twice recently.
