  No installation progress for 009/010 and 117/118.

  STARIS in trains 061/062 and 067/068 are still unoperational.

  Yes. Both STARIS board both show 'Other side'

  091/092 don't have STARIS yet , good. When it operate , don't know will be Another Problematic STARIS Train.

  091/092 is spotted on EWL today by me, ON CAR. Which means i could not see the interior.

  However, I can safely assume that 091/092 has NO STARIS, due to the fact that STARIS can only be installed at BSD, and since it was on NSL ytd without STARIS, and on EWL today, it could only have parked at UPD last night, where no installation can be commenced.

  Looks like 007/008 have to move from section 1 to 1* as the STARIS was off spotted on 15/2/2010 on NSL

  Are the VFDs showing completely nothing, or is there a "V1.1c" or a "@" sign there?

  If there's completely bank, meaning the STARIS was turned off, which I highly doubt.

  My theory was right.

  091/092 is on EWL, still without STARIS.

  On another note, 015/016 and 019/020 have been moved to Section 1*.

  007/008 STARIS is still operating as per nomal since ytd on NSL

  Oh ya 019/020 STARIS has ceased operation since 31st Dec 2009

  On a third consecutive day running, 091/092 is on EWL. TRN 010.
  And I met this train 3 times today!

  STARIS in 015/016 and 067/068 are still not functioning.

  Maybe you might be the AST of 091/092 because you keep spotting it.

  But he spots it on EWL. STARIS is installed in Bishan Depot so it will be spotted on NSL first. That is unless it becomes a Pasir Ris via Jurong East train or some other special circumstances.

  Correct.

  Unless it's a crossover train (101, 105 or 106) directly after the day it commences STARIS installation, high chance is that, I'll not be the spotter. smrt3099 would be the one.
