Another STARIS Train?

  Why does STARIS have so many problems? I mean STARIS is base on the distance the train travels, since the distance is fixed, why is there so many cases of errors?

  btw I hate STARIS because the fonts are not nice, terrible than C830's..

  051-052 on EWL during evening, STARIS is not working, only with "paperclip" sign.

  Saw the additional bulb after Marina Bay thought this is not the 1st time it is reported.

  BTW, SMRT said that they are comming out with STARIS version 2.0, which show landmarks around the station and HD advertisement.

  When did SMRT say this? And how to display landmarks on STARIS? Via VFDs?

  Where would the HD ads be screened, too?

  [Not related to quote] Did you remember the "Circle Line" on the maps, I zoomed in the picture and noticed the NS28 light was on too.
