So packed until like no aircon
Route map and VFDs Present in all Cars Except Car 2221
Theres only one Installation in Progess Sticker in Car 1221, On The Route Map Above the Door B4

"The next generation "STARIS version 2.0", currently being developed, will have real-time multi-purpose displays that have the ability to show pictures of landmarks in the vicinity of a station, the time to which the train will arrive at a station as well as High Definition advertisements."

113/114's STARIS very buggy today. VFDs say " Next Station, EW 2 Tampines" and " Next station, EW3 Simei" and " This train terminates at NS1 Jurong East". Route maps stuck at Jurong East.

at AMK, VFD showing "EW17 Tiong Bahru"

1. When train plays next station announcement, 089/090's STARIS mistook it as the arrival announcement.
2. 089/090's STARIS mistook "Passengers who are continuing their journey on the Circle Line or North East Line, please alight at the next station." as "This train service terminates at this station. All passengers please alight. Thank you for travelling with SMRT".
3. 089/090's STARIS mistook "Passengers who are continuing their journey on the Circle Line or North East Line, please alight." as "Going to Johor Bahru? Please alight at Marsiling station and transfer to SMRT Bus service 950 at the bus stop opposite Marsiling station to Kota Raya 2 terminal. The last bus leaves at 11:35pm"
4. 089/090's STARIS mistook ALL "Please mind the platform gap" announcements as "Passengers who are continuing their journ"
5. 089/090's STARIS mistook Chinese suspicious article announcement as "This train service terminates at this station. All passengers please alight. Passengers who are continuing their journey towards Pasir Ris or Changi Airport, please board the next train."
6. 089/090's STARIS mistook the doors are closing announcement as the next station announcement.
7. 089/090's STARIS mistook the Eating or Drinking announcement as the Tamil suspicious article announcement. -
