IMO, the most probable reason 321/322 was the 1st C751B with STARIS is that it has no ROA.
Coz some C751B ROA boards still occupy the panel above doors.

321/322 was TRN 60 that came out from BSD at 6pm roughly

231/232 looks like it has all vfds and route maps installed...

Route maps only in x231 side ppl.

This morning, 037/038 route maps were off and vfds showed the door opening at the wrong side and :This train terminates at CG2 Changi Airport.

321/322 STARIS activated. AST by me. 319/320 gotten VFDs.

Looks like SMRT doesn't care about the C651 STARIS (probably they stop installing).
