Can't wait to play it!
Btw, how did you make the route?

Use notepad.
And I'll make 2 versions. 1st version is normal, 2nd version is during peak hours (if you use openBVE you can even see the train in front).

Wow! You did the coding yourself. Did you learn to do it yourself or from here (http://www.freewebs.com/dennislance/) or from somewhere else?
(Time to crash into trains in front )

I experimented it from other routes. Some things came from the website though.
And the train will be 45 seconds in front of you.
Timetable:
Normal
Peak Hours
How about your website?
Got new photos to update us on progress?

Anyone have pics of the STARIS controller?
Originally posted by willis_chong:Anyone have pics of the STARIS controller?
Doubt anyone will have it.
Maybe the next time a TO walks past you and asks if you were a train fan you can ask him whether he could let you into the driver's cab to snap some photos.
it would be difficult to get in to the driver's cab,
even if they do let you come in,
photos arent allowed to be published to the net. its for personal reference.
i went in once before. the it was during the BLE open house. the pakcik ask why am i taking photos of trains, i said, i got deep interest in trains.
so then, he invited me in along with my other friend. but photos are not allowed. unless you get a letter for the Corp Comm of the Company.

That's disappointing.
Anyway I added in the 3rd rail and one signal. The signal I duno the exact position yet. Can anyone tell me where's the signal? And what's the signal ID?
hahaha, yeah. disappointing.
i want to meet the pakcik again, but difficult to spot him. :D

Yeah I still kept a snapshot when it was shot during the open house.
For me, the cab did not facinate me that much, perhaps owing to seeing more complicated ones before. However the digital displays on the C751B (Series 300) is the more advanced of SMRT rolling stock, the rest (C151/Series 0/100 and C651/Series 200) feature traditional lights as the main display.
I love their circuit breaker array though. Impressive. Perhaps I am more electrical oriented...
yeah.
for example the open house. :D
i went in to the C151 before.. ahh, get to enter is better than to never enter at all
Lols yeah... When i was in Japan some time back, those rural line train operators don't mind taking snapshots of the cab. I must say those diesel railcars, especially the type that I favour the most (ã‚ãƒ(Kiha)54-500) are much much more complicated. One handle for power, one handle for variable brake pressure, step pedal for horn (can choose high pitch low pitch and short/long burst), various lights and circuit breakers... Being an operator/driver in those trains is like being an engineer at the same time!
Compared to Singapore's trains, only one handle (and automatic most of the time), here better life lo...
hahaha
maybe to ease the life of the TO so that they dont need to think too much :D
More images with 3rd rail + signal. All pictures are taken in the peak hour route.
And, it's easy to get high scores since it's a simple route.

Light brown with a strip of silver beside it (as you always see on above ground tracks) would be nice.
For 3rd rail maybe you could make it a bit yellowish.
