  All eastern stations (Excluding CGL, underground and PSR) has red markings as show in the two videos below:

  yes.. some eastern station have red mrking only at TW/HW..
  Like Paya Lebar station, red markin can been seen at HW of Pasir Ris bound.. thats 2 days ago..

  Not few months , 1-2 more years. From the rate of installing PSDs , I doubt that they can complete by 2012.
