from my view, they are going to build all finish first and operate it all together in the west.

I have seen a notice by LTA such that preliminary works for installing the HHPSD will be started on June 2010 and the expected completion date by December 2011.

latest update: PSD installation @ Bukit Batok has begun. 3 panels have been installed on SB platform, nothing spotted on NB platform as of yet.

PSD view the train for what? It's not the PSD that wants to take a great picture of the train, it's my camera.

He just mean even with PSD installed, one can still see the train, granted, how are you going to take the shots of the train car number? (Like if the Graffti incident happened on 2013 instead, u think Youyuan or any other train fans can take note which train car got involved?)
Not to mention the scenry is obstructed.

Go in check lol if not u go all the way to the corner and see it departing or arriving since the 1/2 PSDs at the side are the perfect views for seeing departing trains
