Pasir Ris already completed. (The first 3, the other 2 are Jurong East and Yishun)
Jurong East one is to prevent people from using shortcut and Yishun one is because of suicide hotspot (Along with Bishan's due to CCL became a FHPSD)
Why Pasir Ris was the choosen first?

I Know Pasir Ris Already Completed Thats y i say Excluding Pasir Ris, Eunos will be the First on the East.\ to Get PSD I THINK

Just a Few Days ago i camp at 225G Berth Wait For 9231S. i See 904T and 899A Cannot Clear All The Pax at Berth. Until 9231S Comes
After Peak Hours, all the bus empty.

In my opinion,they are starting with 3 situations.
Pasir Ris is a terminal,Yishun is a normal eleveated station,and Jurong East is an Interchange. -

Boon Lay is quite possibly worse than Pasir Ris in terms of crowding. By the time the rush hour crowd from one train is finally off the platform, the next train has already arrived.

Too many people living in Jurong West. The Jurong Gateway is going to make Jurong East another ....

Whenever a train leaves Jurong East, it's either very empty or very full, and this applies during almost any time of the day. Even Boon Lay is better during off-peak hours, because it isn't a major interchange station.
