1.5m PSDs in MRT stations

NOTHING has happened in Lakeside since the 46th set of PSDs went up. Finish it before you start on another station, dammit.

I think they're thinking of installing them all at once and then operate them on the same day. Though I think they shouldn't think of doing ^. However, I don't really think they're doing ^ though.

When the train arrives at the platform, the CSO would remove the cordon tape.
Once the train leaves, the cordon tape would be re-attached until the next train arrives.
