  Edit : Coloured tapes are placed on the PSDS at JE, 'depending on the line'. (Missed out one line, my bad)

  (Seems that main colours are always green and red...hmm! Eg: Singtel-Starhub , Ati-Nvidia)

  4 days before the operations of Lakeside PSD, the  stand behind the yellow line announcement is already OFFICIALLY OFFed.
  
  It began operations on 31 Aug but the announcement is switched off on 28 August
