AFAIK, based on the notice pasted on the stations, the targeted completion of Bedok and Eunos HHHPSD is by Dec 2011.

It's possible to them. Perhaps they shall paste all the Yellow/Black panals first at all EWL Stations. And as stated, they gonna install all HHPSD in the west first den to the east

There's no saying what could happen.
They stated that will build EWL PSDs first, but now, look BBT and BGB got PSD.

They always say but sometimes wrong info. But i think they never say on EWL first, they said Western Stations first. BBT, BGB,LKS,CNG, clementi, Jurong east all western stations..
so we shall wait and see -

By the way you can try to spot the PSDs at the first level. Just like lakeside, when they are installing and before installing, they put all the PSD on the ground level beside the escalator.
Try to see at Bedok, Paya Lebar, Eunos if the PSDs are there and tell us. Usually it's located at the ground floor beside escalator
