This has been the case since long ago.
A special set of "instructions" is used.(i'm not too sure about this part.)
And it will return to normal once PSDs are operational.

CCK is a major terminal station...with a bus terminal and LRT.
While Boon Lay only got bus terminal.
Since the openning of Pioneer station, i havent noticed Boon Lay as "very crowded".

They initally want to do the West first, followed by North (Admiralty incident + a failed suicide in Marsiling then try to suicide again in Kranji only to have its legs amputated without death) then East (Most likely due to Expo).
It is most likely that the common thought of Chinese Garden and Clementi [Being a frequent place for it] that makes them to have such plans. However, I believed they have changed the entire thing when Tanah Merah incident happened in 2010 March and 2 months after it, Bedok. So they focused the East except Expo. Maybe, with the recent Queenstown wake, they might give the West priority.

If its a suicide, there's nothing anyone can do.
Even if there is PSD, those who want to die will probably just climb over...or find a station without PSD.
Too many station without PSD, if you concentrate one side, other side also will have thing happen.
But i think they should do Expo first before any accidents happen, during exhibition time, expo station is super crowded.

Sure or not? They will climb over?? If they climb, the passengers / SMRT staff spotted and will be stopped him/her. Unless they hide it and climb other PSD without any people / crowded.

Or during early morning, like in this latest one, and late night, when they are very little people.
