For quite a while,
i have noticed TOs driving in CM mode, even when its not raining.
Could SMRT be training up the TOs for CM mode?
Since quite a number of people have been complaining, such as strong jerks, sudden breaking, so on..., it could be possible?
BTW, now, most TOs can already drive in CM mode with better control and accuracy than before.
No wonder...When I rode a C751B, it was jerky whenever it stopped...
you guys know more information on TO's job? As in how they recruit them??
yup keep seeing two/three people in the cabin. journey seems to be longer since they slow down quite early... and a slow crawl to a stop..
I boarded 115/116 last time. When approaching stn the train still very fast then suddenly emergency brake. That was a bad experience.

C751B different case.
Only an extreme noob TO can do that. o.0
C751B have extremely powerful controls.
And its use a very pro braking system and method.
But i'm not too sure the "jerky" you mentioned.
Even in auto mode, C751B uses a slight jerk method.
Do check out for the orange light at the first cabin.
