NSL/EWL can achieve 2.5 mins frequency currently
NSL : 62 minutes (Full journey)
EWL : 65 minutes (Full Journey excluding CGL branch)
Now there are 106 trains...so if trains need to keep to it, we need :
NSL : 62/2.5 = 24.8 (Round up to 25)
25x2-1=49
49 trains needed for NSL
EWL :
65/2.5 = 25
25x2=50
50 trains needed for EWL
50+49+2=101 trains
101/106 trains used.
With the C151As we can achieve 2 mins frequency
NSL :
62/2=31
31x2-1=61
61 trains needed
EWL :
65/2 = 32.5 (Round up to 33)
33x2=66
66 trains needed
66+61+2=129 trains needed
129/128 trains used
Conclusion : We can achieve 2 mins frequency when the C151As have been fully delivered. For the 129th train ar... Use service train

Can achieve 2.5 mins frequency LOL but the RATIS always round up so it shows 3 minutes.. Lol..
IF 1 minute (Japan trains frequency rox)
NSL : 58 x 2 = 116
116 - 1 = 115 trains needed
EWL : 60 x 2 = 120
120 + 115 + 2 = 237 trains needed~ Impossible
By the way, can I ask a question? Why Pasir Ris to Joo Koon only 1 hour? It should be 1 hour +.
