After searching for ideas,here's one.
C=Commuter
GTM=General ticeting machine
C(goes to GTM to top up.)
GTM:your balance is low.
C(looks on left and right)
C(presses button again)
GTM=your balance is low.
Annoyed,the customer went to the passenger service office.
C=Commuter
PSC=Passenger Serviceman Counter
PSC:Good morning,how may i help you?
C:i want top up card
PSC:okay.And how much you you like to top up?
C:Twenty dollars.
PSC:Please wait a moment.
C:Oei train coming already lah!faster!!
PSC:here.your balance has been topped up.
C:When can my balance be topped up??im already standing upright.
The train just left,so the commuter sat down.Curious of her way as it was her first time not driving,He/She asked another startled male passenger directions.
C=Commuter
SMP=Startled Male Passenger
C:s'cuse me take what colour to Pulau Ubin huh?
SMP:???
C:what colour line???(points to the map board)
SMP:sorry,no service goes to Pulau Ubin.
C:WTF!!i came all the way here for nothing.What a useless transport system.
C became curious and decided to explore the station vincinty.He/She saw a few rods of metal,and believed it was a pavement toward the next station.
Becuase He/She used to be a driver,she had few knowledge of our transport system.
Train services were disrupted at stations between Woodlands and Yishun in the southbound direction for about an hour on the Vesak Day afternoon of 28 May 2010. This was due to a track incident at Sembawang Station.
About 7,300 commuters were affected when a man was hit by a train. He was pronounced dead at the scene around 11.30am.
To maintain service on the unaffected stretches of the North-South line during the incident, all southbound trains were turned around at Woodlands MRT Station.
Some northbound trains were also turned around at Yishun MRT Station.
To ease traffic, SMRT deployed bus bridging services to ferry passengers between Woodlands and Yishun MRT stations during the disruption. Adapted from wikipedia
PW5 Nibong, PW6 Sumang and PW6 Soo Teck may open in 2015 after the newly-released Waterway flats are completed. Believe?

PW7 Soo Teck you mean.
They will open PW5, PW6 and PW7 first but i expect flats to be along the wateway at PW1.
Punggol Northeast and Punggol North would also be developed as a park. PW3 and PW4 will also open thanks to the proximity of the Punggol Pier (Fishing XD) and the promenade.
PW2 would most probably be closed lol. Unless they decide to build Punggol North, I doubt it will be open since it was said to have both sides as residential area.
The REAL waterway units should be launched in 2015, the one facing Coney Island, thats when they should build Punggol North (BTW, They indicated that Coney Island will also have Residential area. 0.o
