Punggol Northeast and Punggol North would also be developed as a park. PW3 and PW4 will also open thanks to the proximity of the Punggol Pier (Fishing XD) and the promenade.
PW2 would most probably be closed lol. Unless they decide to build Punggol North, I doubt it will be open since it was said to have both sides as residential area.
The REAL waterway units should be launched in 2015, the one facing Coney Island, thats when they should build Punggol North (BTW, They indicated that Coney Island will also have Residential area. 0.o
I see all the maps, sam kee maybe not. Waterway flats' nearest lrt is Sumang.

That is for the FIRST batch of Waterfront flats. They will build the flats along the WHOLE waterway. I expect flats to be at PW1 Sam Kee too. Although PTC less than 500m away i bet there would be some lazy people taking the LRT

Hi, did you quote my post just for fun, it's quite unrelated you know, Ten Mile Junction LRT Station already has PSDs like donkey years ago, or 11 years to be exact.
