The new station on the Hong Kong MTR (港é“) called LOHAS Park (康城) opened today on the MTR Tseung Kwan O Line (将军澳线). Passengers travelling to and from the station need to transfer at Tiu Keng Leng (调景å²), existing interchange for Kwun Tong Line (观塘线), or Tseung Kwan O (将军澳) as the station is a branch instead of an extension (like our Changi Airport Branch Line).
1 of 4 trains on the Tseung Kwan O Line (将军澳线) in the direction towards Po Lam (林) go to LOHAS Park (康城), while the other 3 trains go towards Po Lam (林), which means 12 mins per train during non peak, and 4 mins during peak.
On the other note, MTR's frequency is 3-4 minutes during non-peak, and 30-50 seconds during peak.

During weekdays and Saturday peak hours, there are direct trains running between North Point and LOHAS Park. Must remember "3+1".
I'm waiting for West Rail extension to be done in September before I plan my next trip though. :D

MTR frequency is much faster than our train frequency. Hope the frequency of ours will be faster in the future.
