OBB Railjet, the hi-speed train of the Austrian Railways, in Salzburg...
Seats(2nd class couchette) on the InterCity from Salzburg to Zurich.

And at Interlaken Ost(East) Station...
1st class seating onboard an InterCity train from Bern to Liestal...
Look at the tracks for the TrainTram in Strasbourg, France! Bricks, Macadam(normal road), and grass!!!
2nd Class onboard the German DB Deutsche Bahn InterCity Express(ICE) from Koln(Cologne) to Bonn moving at 285kmph, that is why the scenary is blurred at the windows...

Then I changed train to the InterCity Express(hi-speed) from Nuremburg to Munich.

I think the bodywork is the same, but I cannot confirm.
There are different types of ICE by the German DB Deutsche Bahn, ICE 1, 2, 3 and Tilting.
I believe the ICE 3 which is in the pictures shares the bodywork of the Siemens Velaro.
