  Yesterday, 216/225 went on morning peak, went back BSD... Then go LTE, went back BSD... then came out for evening peak again! Obv go back BSD...

  OT: You know the press interviewed some of us here right? The moment we went down to RFP lower level, the miscoupled train was there! The Straits Times people are lucky to board the miscoupled train!

  The best miscouplement would be a C151 with a C751B:

  It was 215/226. 216/225 was not spotted at all ytd.

  It may be possible,

   

  If: The couplers are compatible. They are, actually, from what I observed, through all the series.

   

  If: The GTO-VVVF have a code to downgrade to match the 4Q Chopper. Of course SMRT would not have customized that but the SIBAS 32 (system controller of the Siemens) has such features.

   

  If: The electronics and braking system can communicate with each other. The SIBAS 32 handles this as well.

   

  Have you guys thought that this may not be a miscoupling but just an operational way of coupling two EMU together when one set is taken for repair?

  You are right. Willis spotted it on NSL as Yishun Bound.

  for thu fri sat & sun, ccl esplanade station will be packed like crazy...anybody going to report tml...i don't think ccl can cope with the number of pple due to PC show at suntec.
