yesterday when i was on BPLRT approaching CCK stn, one C751B is approaching the NB platform at CCK. Then when the LRT stopped at CCK stn allow passengers to alight, i took my time to walk to the MRT platform because i know that i wount be able to catch that train. Then when i reached the staircase leading to the MRT platform, the train was still there, and i heard the train fault annoucement being played at the staion and in the train. The train was delayed for about 2mins.

Hi, how was the train fault annoucement like? How is the chime, voice and how many lannguage?
um, i missed the english annoucement but it was made in all the 4 languages.

Conclusion: This story is uber unrealistic given the amount of HP a train can deduct from a human, the hospitalization fee will not be as simple as $300 (Where did you come up with $240 and $60?)

just now BPLRT113 was on test. nothing speciall..

If you can accurately stop at the stop point when you're operating the trains, then you have the rights to say this, if not, don't complain.

try operating a train for hours during the monsoon season where it rains almost everyday. Try that. If you can stop 99% accurate, you have the rights to complain

I personally don't mind they underrun or overrun the stations a bit, but not too much to the state that a quarter of the whole rolling stock runs out of the station.
But if you can do it by stopping so accurately at the stations, and i mean every station of the line, you totally have the right to say this.
Have you even thought of the TOs? They work for us, train enthusiasts and members of the public you know? They work hours, passing by at least 100 stations repeatedly.....
just now during the afternoon i boarded BPLRT 104 at FJR with annoucements. After that i boarded the same train at CCK during the evening and there wasn't any annoucements.

I was onboard set 005/006 from Jurong East to C'wealth . The train is in CM Mode all the way . Approaching Dover stn the TO oversped , used EB all the way and did not stop accurately at the stn . Soon this announement by CHY was played :
(Chime) . Attention pls , this train could not stop accurately at this stn due to a fault . Affected passengers pls alight at the next stn and take the next train back . We apologise for the inconvienece caused
