Took 335/336 today, and had the new announcement recorded. Not really hard to get it, I got it from next station Khatib towards Marina Bay.

In the end this train had to stop at AMK before going to BSD coz got abt 5 passengers trapped inside (must be because they did not alight at MRB when it went DNB), and they came out via the TO cabin.

Happening now: Track fault at PSR, one in every few trains are bound for Pasir Ris, others terminate at Tampines.

No one was injured.
An eyewitness told Channel NewsAsia the Kuala Lumpur-bound train had left the station for about five minutes when the incident happened.
He said the train was travelling at about five to 10 kilometres per hour, and then stopped suddenly.
He then got out of the train and saw the train's engine in front tilting at about 40 degrees to the track.
The first two carriages were derailed but were still standing upright.
The eyewitness said the track was damaged and passengers had to get off the train and abort their trips.
