  even if you know the schedules of the train(like me), i don't even dare to stay at places, where it's secluded. lots of staffs i met, always remind me about safety when being near at the tracks..

  i have a strange feeling that it is not just suicide... it's human nature to "try" to escape to safety in the very last minute. if the train has slowed down, they definitely have the opportunity to change their mind at the last second and jumped out of the track; unless something held them back... something not natural

  hmm.. planned suicide? i don't know.

  or most probably they were just relaxing, and didnt expect a train would come at this hour? nontheless, it's better to stay out of the railway line.

  but.. if they saw the train, and they didnt move, i guess it shld be a planned one. if not, why they didnt want to move?

  i have the feeling that maybe, just maybe, that their legs were trapped and unable to move away just in time.

  Of course the main possiblity is suicide, but we cannot rule out the other possiblities as well.

  no passengers on board the scheduled train...

  wonder who they saw and what they did in the final few hours of their lives.

  not to read too deeply into something that isn't there but this is intriguing.

  They probably were on alcohol and then decided to taunt till daylight. But since it was 5am, they were both feeling sleepy and decided to have fun by resting on the tracks.

  Or maybe they were kissing and petting and got "stomped"

  My 2cents.

  we will know after the autopsy if high level of alcohol was found in their body... if they were drunk, they might not feel much pain...

  I definately agree with HyuugaNeji.... those two was definately high on Alocohol or perhaps other stimulants.

  There is sure many easier way to commit suicide... and I reckon to suicide this way take alot alot of courage, think about the Kamikaze Pilots in WW2....

  From a psychological point of view, it is a very tought way to suicide.

  And the fact is both are being affected. Cos it takes alot of psycho for one to influence the other to suicide in such a violent way.

  Hence, there could be many many possiblities....

  but definately, they must be so high on alcohol and other stimulants, that they will were not reacting normally... and not sober enough to see the train and get away from it

   

  which every animal survival instinct will be to escape from it

  He is just the train driver and not an executioner which gives him more reasons to feel lousy.Suicide is a very selfish act.

  They should be scared then..

  But even if they stopped the train, it will still hit them. That place where they got hit, is considered as a blindspot area for train drivers, where they have to horn quite a few times, in this case, I think the driver have horned at them, but they didnt seem to move, and the driver must have had applied the brakes, still resulting them to be hit.

  Shin Min Daily News also reported the incident. Preventing the accident is not possible. It was in the very early morning when it was still dark when the incident took place.

  They looked into the English Dictionary  came up with that word so as not to say anything stupid.Still it is a dumb word to describe a double suicide.

  People, if you don't know anything about them, don't assume things.

  And for those who are so confident that they are committing suicide, how you know? If we all don't know anything of what happened to them, how come you know more than us? You were at the scene? So if you don't know anything don't even jump into conclusion.

  We were just suggesting some facts what..

  Cross reference to the two news at back,

  the driver did horn at them, but they didn't move from the track. it could be a planned suicide? high on alcohol? i don't know. only they know.
