SMRT says that they will monitor the passenger loading and see when necessary then they will implement some sort of short working trips on the CCL when needed.

First day does not mean that phototaking is allowed. S.H.E. event will be held at Stadium Station, hence i do not think other stations will allow phototaking.

The report said that example if the train fault @ PMD stn platform 1 which is going towards DBG, the staff deploy the train frm DBG to PMD platform 2, the commuters crossover to platform 2 to board the train, then the platform 2 svc are not affect by the fault.

+ 1, furthermore, based on distance, the amount of trains left in DBG is limited.
Unless, it means, it can overtake or some "hidden crossovers" actually existed which bypasses the track fault sector.
But, I still think that this poster had read the report wrongly OR the report contains major factual error. Mind showing us the link (I Chinese, so as many others as well, so translation is not an issue)

Today will be the official Circle Line Stage 1 & 2 opening ceremony, tomorrow will be the day when it goes into passenger service.

The CCL starts service at 5am~. At 0000hrs of 17th April, only Stage 3 is in operation.
