  Now Brothers 013 to 020, their STARIS are either turned off or problematic

  This morning, the route maps lights can go off.. VFDs showing things that are incorrect...

  1.eg, " Passengers going towards North East Line, please alight and wait for the next train" WEIRD

  2.When doors just opened, VFDs showing "doors are closing"

  3. The Doors opening has got no indicator to light up

  013/014 STARIS off today , on EWL. 051/052 don't have flat wheel.

  Didn't notice about 037/038 just now , I saw it but didn't care.

  Speaking of STARIS , 095/096 VFDs show 1 station faster , for some stations only. (After " If you see any suspicious article" annoucement , then show station name already.)
