Slowest progress is Haw Par Villa station. Only lift clad and ventilation buildings seen. Entrance to station just started to build.

Haw Par Villa was named as West Coast, and will be similar to Bukit Brown's fate of not opening in 2011. But all these have changed since.

Hopefully can finish by second quarter of next year.
Working name is West Coast, was originally a shell station like Caldecott and Bukit Brown.

No. I hope Caldecott and West Coast not a shell station.

Walau eh, you born in the wrong era la. No need to hope, now officially no longer shell station, which means open along with other CCL 4 / 5 stations.
To reach the CCL HarbourFront, you just have to take an escalator up to the concourse level from NEL HarbourFront and go down another set of escalators, all within the existing paid area (the current one being fenced up now).
remember seeing a long white temporary wall along the ticket office side of the station? that is the connection to the CCL side.
contrary to popular belief, HarbourFront has been built with provisions for CCL, that's why its so easy to construct the connection now.

i think you missed my point partially, true it was west coast and a shell station right up till the transport minister decided to open it, so conversion from shell to operation in 1~2 years would be quite a rushed job would you agree?
@tranquilice- ^^ this answers why haw par station is slow.
HPW station is partly because any road changes affects both Pasir Panjang Rd & West Coast Highway.
It's pretty much more complicated
Q: what is the layout of Harbourfront CCL platform??

Enjoy!~
The Home section of ST today mentions that stage 4 and 5 is more likely to open after June 2011.
THE western arc of the Circle Line looks more likely to open in the latter half of this year than any time soon.
This assessment is based on contracts the Land Transport Authority (LTA) has drawn up for some work for the line, although it would only say the opening date is expected to be some time this year.
