Stay as it is.
There is no such thing as ''simple solution''!Spanish solution is a type of platform. Some other examples of platforms are side, split and island platform.
So your question was to be like this : Spanish solution cannot be used la !
WHAT!?
I spelt station as solution!!!

Yes I agree...but this is IF
I'm starting to like buses...
...but I still love trains more!
Do you prefer downtown line to be operated by sbs transit or smrt? Just asking
036/041: Oh no! I've been miscoupled!
By the way, have you all read the news weeks ago? There's a public transport forum held in singapore, many countries came over to Singapore to discuss. There's one particular guy suggested that our MRT could open the doors immediately after the train stops, to save more time.
As you see, now there's a delay in door opening time.. example...
"*Ding Dong, Clementi..... Clementi..."
"Train comes to hault.(stop)
1 .... 2.... .3....4..
"doors open!.
The guy suggested this is good, it saves many time and train the carry more people
"Ding Dong Clementiii.. Clementi....
"Doors open...

Oh yes...I read it before
How about this?
"Ding Dong"
"Clementi"
"Clementi" *Doors open immediately after stopping*
"Doors are closing...tititititi" *Train moves immediately after doors close---except if sensor detects any object*
"Next station, Jurong East Interchange"
yeah. good.
"Ding Dong. Clementi... Clementi (DOORS open immediately after stop)
"Ding Dong, Doors Closing.. (*BOMK**!!) Next Station Jurong East Interchange.
Sceaniro 2
"Ding Dong Jurong East Interchange, Passengers who are continuing their journey toward woodlands or Ang Mo Kio, please proceed to the middle platform, Jurong East Interchange (Doors open immediately)
Normally there's a 5 sec delay between (Station Name) and (interchange briefing). If can start immediately it would be better
You know right, I feel that some stations on the east-west line look to old...like clementi , jurong east, commenwealth, etc. Shouldn't they renovate it? Yeah, its not maximising the resources though

Last time is immidiately, now they added in the 5 seconds delay so the VFDs' scrolling text can keep up.

Yeah right. Esp Clementi and Buona Vista. Buona Vista speakers on the station are distorted. And the station colour are too dull.
Lakeside Escalator has been repairing for months. We lakesiders wait and wait. There's no downriding escalator for months. As they are repairing the up-riding escalator, the change the direction of the down-riding escalator to up-riding.
You know what i see? The panals from the escalator are laid on beside the escalator(near where PSD panals during installations are located)
The metals and steel of the escalator are corroded. Very dangerous.

That's why the escalator is down - it's corroded.

They should not repair, they should rather change new ones like the ones in Circle Line Stations. Transparent and have an automatic sensor when there's no people, it will slow down gradually..
The escalator's been fixed for three days...

If really like that. The timing should be VERY actual.

You don't have to tell me about the station that I use everyday, thank you very much.
